I incorporate a variety of techniques into my sessions. I cater each session to meet your massage needs. Each session I review with clients the goals for the day and what we have achieved in prior sessions. Different techniques that I use are myofascial release, cross fiber friction, Swedish, craniosacral, trigger point, and PNF stretching. Just as my business name emphasizes, I meld and blend movements for muscle tension relief.
