About Me

“When we can breathe and live well in our bodies,
the world is a better place.”
I graduated from Soma Institute for Clinical Massage as a second-career move. At Soma, I developed a comprehensive understanding of human anatomy and how to apply clinical reasoning to my massage work.
My expertise includes myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching techniques, and regional tissue release. I have also studied with the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Massage (CST1 and CST2 completed).
My first career was as a hospice board-certified chaplain. A core element of chaplaincy is the art of listening well. I weave these skills into my approach as a massage therapist.
I moved into massage work to help people move out of places of pain and into physical wellness. When we can breathe and live well in our bodies, the world is a better place.
